Volunteers
Volunteers
Volunteers are the lifeblood of any non-profit organization and youth hockey provides multiple opportunities to volunteer.
The Tri-City Youth Ice Hockey Association is a non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide access to the sport of ice hockey to the area youth. Without volunteers TYIHA would not be able to accomplish this goal. Every parent is expected to volunteer in some capacity. For those who have knowledge of the game, please consider coaching or refereeing. Please volunteer your time to help our organization support our youth in the game we all love.
There are many ways to volunteer
Here are a few of them:
- Locker Room Monitor
- Tunnel/Girls’ Locker Room Monitor
- Hanging Sponsor Banners
- Time Keeper
- Score Keeper
- Storm Raffle Table
- Equipment (gathering and organizing)
- Penalty Box
- Fundraising
- Video
